Vrindavan Tent Decorators builds the structure and the feeling together. The span of the tent, the height of the mandap, the colour of the drapes, the moment the lights come on. The studio works in Uttarakhand, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa.
You bring the ritual, the guest list and the mood. We answer with a drawing, a crew and a night that looks considered from the gate to the last table — whether that night is a wedding, a birthday, a corporate evening or a college fest.

Vrindavan Tent Decorators takes the tent, décor, florals, stage and seating, and — when you want it — sound, light and a DJ. We fold your caterer into the timeline in Uttarakhand, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa.
After a conversation. A styled birthday often begins near ₹20,000. A wedding lawn is quoted once we see the site. The first call is free.
For a wedding in the busy months, six to eight months is comfortable. Birthdays and college nights can move faster. If the date is close, call anyway.
Yes. Day-of coordination is part of the work: vendor timing, family cues, and the small repairs that keep a tent looking considered at midnight.
