The product has a path
Launches and activations in Mumbai and Delhi are drawn from the door to the reveal.
Corporate details
Vrindavan Tent Decorators sets up corporate events in Uttarakhand, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa. A launch, a seminar, a shop opening, a festive evening — the room should look sure before the first guest sits down.
How the brief arrives
Vrindavan Tent Decorators draws each brief for the room it is in, from showrooms in Mumbai to hotel halls in Delhi. A product launch is not an office party with a logo on the backdrop.

The reveal
The product needs a path from the door to the moment it is shown. We draw that line first: where people stand, where the photograph is taken, and where the reveal does not get blocked by the queue for tea.
Branding stays on the backdrop and the entry, not on every chair. Light is set so the product reads on a phone camera as well as from the last row. If the launch is in a showroom, we work to that floor and those walls. Launches in Mumbai and Delhi are drawn from the door to the reveal.
The working day
Sightlines come before decoration. The dais is high enough that a slide can be read, and low enough that a speaker is not shouting over a concert stage. Award nights use the same room later: speeches first, then dinner, without pulling the set down in between.
Mics for the host, the panel and the names being called are checked before anyone sits. A programme that runs long still has a chair for the person who has to present at the end. Vrindavan Tent Decorators holds that order in halls in Jaipur and Uttarakhand.

The company together
The formal hour and the warmer one after it are one evening, not two events fighting over the same floor. Branding can stay up when the speeches end. The light shifts. The room does not have to be rebuilt.
An outing on a lawn is drawn for that ground: wind, a stage the whole team can see, and a dinner that is not served across the aisle. A party inside the office uses the rooms you already have, in Delhi, Mumbai and Goa.
The hall
A stall has to read from across the aisle, and the aisle has to stay an aisle. We set fronts, a walkway and a backdrop that still carries the name when the hall is full.
Power, a place to talk, and a place to stand without blocking the next booth are on the drawing. If the show runs for more than a day, the setup is built to be opened again in the morning without being dressed from scratch. Exhibition halls in Delhi and Mumbai are planned that way.

The first morning
The entrance is the photograph the shop will keep. The ribbon, the people who cut it, and the backdrop are finished before the first guest is asked to stand there. The queue does not block the door or the road.
Inside, the reveal of the floor is left clear. We do not dress over the product. Flowers and light stay at the entry and the photograph, unless you ask for the whole room. Shop openings in Jaipur and Goa keep the door as the photograph.
The festive week
The office should still look like the office. Diwali gets diyas, marigold and a warm entry. Christmas and New Year get light and a table, not a second wedding. The lobby, the cabin row and the client evening are dressed as one visit, not three themes arguing in the corridor.
What is drawn is what arrives. If the reception already has a vase worth using, we say so and dress only what the room does not have. Offices in Uttarakhand, Delhi and Mumbai stay offices after the décor goes up.

The last evening
This night is given, not hired in a hurry. A respectful stage, a dinner people can sit through, and a speech that does not compete with a playlist. The person being thanked is not lost behind a wall of flowers.
Photographs have a place that is not the middle of the toast. The crew strikes the room so the office is an office again the next morning. Vrindavan Tent Decorators clears farewells in Jaipur and Goa the same night.
Comes with the brief
Ask Vrindavan Tent Decorators for these with the date in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Goa or Uttarakhand. We still do not cook. We hold the room, the stage and the clock.

Add-on
The rig is sized to the hall or the lawn, not to a wedding tent. Mics for the host, the panel and the names on an award list are checked before the room fills. Light on the backdrop, light on the speaker and light for dinner are three different cues.
A DJ, when the office party has one, knows when a speech cuts the track. The volume is agreed with the venue before the first guest arrives, in boardrooms in Delhi and resort lawns in Goa.
Add-on
We do not cook. We hold the clock with the people who do. Dinner is not served over the last award, and tea is not cleared across a launch. The kitchen is told when the programme will actually end.
If you already have a caterer, they stay yours. We only make sure the room is ready when the food is, on corporate dates in Mumbai, Jaipur and Uttarakhand.
