One week, one drawing
Engagement, haldi, mehendi and sangeet in Delhi and Jaipur are planned as one wedding, not five separate jobs.
Wedding planning
Vrindavan Tent Decorators sets up and decorates weddings in Uttarakhand, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa.
The wedding itself
Vrindavan Tent Decorators plans each function on its own, from a lawn in Delhi to a courtyard in Jaipur. A haldi is not a small sangeet, and a hotel hall is not a lawn with a roof.

Family ritual
A proposal on the terrace and a sagai in the family room are not the same afternoon, and we do not dress them as if they were. The heart of roses, the petal path and the balloons are built for the question. The ritual that follows gets a lower flower line, chairs the elders can stay in, and a clear path for the tray.
If the sagai shares a lawn with the wedding, the crew can turn the room in the afternoon without pulling the whole tent down. That same turn works in a Delhi banquet and a family house in Uttarakhand.
The colour days and the night
These three are one part of the week. They do not share a layout. The haldi is built in yellow: marigold to the floor, a seat the bride can use for an hour, and a ground that can take turmeric. The mehendi needs shade, low tables and a corner that photographs without a crowd in the frame. The sangeet needs a stage, a dance floor, and light that still flatters the second row. If the night ends as a cocktail, the same crew turns the floor into a lounge once the dance is done. Vrindavan Tent Decorators runs this block the same way in Jaipur and Mumbai.

The private night
This night is not a second sangeet. We build lounge clusters, a bar people can stand at, and a floor that takes the playlist without swallowing the sofas. The light stays warm. The volume is agreed before the first song, including what the house next door can live with.
It can sit inside the wedding week or stand as its own evening. Either way the crew strikes it so the morning ritual is not walking into last night’s glasses. In Goa and Mumbai the strike is written to the villa or the hall, not left until morning.
When the lawn is not in the city
Vrindavan Tent Decorators takes destination weeks in Goa, Jaipur and Uttarakhand, and also Udaipur, Rishikesh and Mussoorie. We do not carry a Delhi plan and drop it on a hill. The setup is drawn for that ground: wind on a ridge, sand near a beach, a heritage courtyard that will not take nails in the wall.
The same lead travels with the job. Load-in, the ritual order and the strike are written for the hotel’s clock, not for a guess made from a photograph.

Rooms we already know
A hall has pillars, a ceiling height and a loading bay the lawn does not. We keep a working note on the venues we return to, so the mandap is not designed for a width the room does not have.
That partnership is practical. The banquet manager already knows our crew. Dinner service and the pheras are timed so the first course does not land while the couple is still on the stage. Halls in Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur are measured before the mandap is drawn.
Before the guests
The set is built for the camera, not for a hundred people walking through it. A swing, a draped wall, a floral mark — finished, lit, and left alone until the photographer is done.
We can raise it the day before the wedding or on a separate morning. It comes down before the guest decor goes up, unless you want the same piece to stay for the ceremony. Shoot mornings in Uttarakhand and Goa are booked with the same lead as the wedding day.

Comes with the wedding
Vrindavan Tent Decorators brings these with the wedding in Uttarakhand, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and Goa. We still do not cook or photograph the day. We line those people up with the ritual.

Add-on
The rig is sized to the lawn or the hall, not to a poster. Wireless mics are there for the varmala and the pheras, and they are checked before the family is seated. A DJ who works our weddings knows when to drop the track so a speech can land.
Fairy lights, a warm wash on the mandap, and a dance-floor look after dinner are three different cues. They are written into the run of show, not left to whoever finds the switch. Vrindavan Tent Decorators sizes that rig for lawns in Delhi and resorts in Goa.
Add-on
The mandap is high enough that the last row can see the phera, and low enough that it still feels like a wedding and not a concert. The stage face, the steps and the aisle are one drawing, so the bride is not climbing a different design from the one in the photographs.
If the dinner is in a second setup, the mandap’s flowers and cloth are specified to match it. Guests should feel they stayed at one wedding. Courtyard mandaps in Jaipur and banquet stages in Mumbai are drawn to the room that is actually there.

Add-on
Fresh flowers sit on the mandap, the entry and the couple’s seat. We do not wrap every pillar unless you ask. Balloon work, when a family wants it for the sangeet or the bachelor night, is built as a structure. It is not a bunch of balloons tied to a chair an hour before guests arrive.
The two can share a wedding. Flowers hold the ceremony. Balloons, if they are in the plan, stay with the party and come down before the morning ritual. Families in Uttarakhand and Delhi book both with the same crew.
Add-on
The gate is the first photograph of the night, so it is finished before the baraat or the first cars. It is placed where the queue does not block the aisle or the hotel porch.
A selfie point and a photo booth sit off that path, with enough ground that a group of eight can stand without stepping into the dinner service. We light them so the phone photographs are not a dark blur. Hotel porches in Mumbai and villa gates in Goa are placed the same way.

Add-on
We do not cook the meal and we do not shoot the wedding. We hold the clock between the people who do. The kitchen is told when the pheras will actually end, not when the card said they would. The photographer is given the varmala, the mandap and a clear lane before the buffet opens.
That is the work: one run of show, shared, so dinner is not served over the ritual and the couple is not pulled away for portraits in the middle of it. Vrindavan Tent Decorators holds that clock on wedding weeks in Delhi, Jaipur and Goa.
